Dr. Motto founded The Metabolism, Weight, & Lifestyle Institute, Ltd. to provide a platform for the development and operation of programs to help him help individuals, and groups of individuals, improve the quality and longevity of their lives through healthy lifestyle behaviors – good nutrition, calorie counting, and daily physical activity.
