Dr. Motto is one of the Chicago area’s most experienced Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes specialists having exclusively practiced his specialty in the Chicago metro area since 1974 (see About Dr. Motto). As a consequence of this, Dr. Motto has a deep understanding of most hormonal, metabolic, and lifestyle diseases and how these diseases affect individuals who are afflicted by them.

Dr. Motto has always believed that his patients should be treated respectfully and as individuals which means that he communicates with each patient and attempts to tailor his advice and treatment based on each patient’s needs.

Dr. Motto limits his individual private practice patient appointments to outpatient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow up in the offices of The Metabolism, Weight, & Lifestyle Institute, Ltd.

All patients who individually consult with Dr. Motto in his private practice must have a primary care physician for their general, hospital, and emergency care.
